Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 13th 2025
At RCX – Remote Construct Experience, we strive to provide engaging and memorable mobile RC construction events. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible and fair as possible with our refund policy.
1. Cancellations by Customer

7 or more days before the event:
Full refund or option to reschedule without penalty. -
Less than 7 days before the event:
50% refund or option to reschedule (subject to availability). -
Within 48 hours of the event:
No refund, but a one-time reschedule may be offered at RCX’s discretion. -
2. Cancellations by RCX

In rare cases (e.g. weather, equipment failure, or staffing emergency), RCX may need to cancel or postpone an event.

If this occurs, you will be given the choice of:

A full refund, or
-
Rescheduling the event at no additional cost.

3. Partial Refunds or Compensation

RCX is currently in a test launch phase, and minor interruptions (e.g., battery swaps, temporary downtime) may occur.

In the event of significant equipment failure or a major interruption that halts gameplay for an extended period, partial refunds or compensation may be issued based on lost playtime, at RCX’s discretion.

4. No-Shows

If you or your group fail to appear at the scheduled event without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
